GOD'S SOVEREIGN WILL

The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed. He had faith. He prayed sincerely. Yet God's answer was not "Yes," but:

"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Paul discovered a profound truth: faith is not about forcing God to fulfill our will; it is about aligning ourselves with His will. God did not immediately change Paul's situation; He first changed Paul through it.

If a door remains closed despite your prayers, your efforts, and your faith, don't keep forcing it open. Pause. Seek God's will. Ask for His direction. God's will is always better than success achieved outside His purpose.

Don't force what God has not opened. Follow His voice, and His grace will lead you to the place He has prepared for you.
