🔎 POSITIONS AVAILABLE •Health Economics – 01 position •Finance – 01 position •Accounting & Auditing – 01 position •Marketing & Strategy – 01 position •Human Resources Management (HRM) – 01 position •Information Systems Management (ISM) – 01 position Applicants must clearly indicate in their cover letter the discipline and specialty or specialties they are applying for. 👤 REQUIRED PROFILE Applicants must: •Be a citizen of a WAEMU member country; •Hold a PhD (BAC+7) in Economics and/or Management Sciences; •Have at least 3 years of experience in higher education teaching and/or research in the selected specialty or specialties; •Have an excellent command of both French and English; •Have proven experience in research and scientific production in both languages; •Demonstrate strong teaching, analytical and interpersonal skills; •Be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment; •Be proficient in MS Office, online communication tools, ERP systems and artificial intelligence tools; •Be rigorous, autonomous, adaptable, creative and results-oriented; •Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; •Demonstrate strong ethical standards, integrity, diplomacy and teamwork. Additional advantages: having written the PhD thesis in English and/or having experience in a Business School accredited by AACSB or EFMD. 🎯 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidates will be responsible for: •Designing and delivering courses in French and English within CESAG's training programmes, including Bachelor's, Master's, MBA and Executive Education programmes; •Developing teaching materials, case studies, exercises and assessments in both languages; •Providing academic and educational supervision to students and learners; •Participating in educational innovation and the integration of digital teaching tools; •Conducting research in their field of specialization; •Publishing in internationally recognized scientific journals, including journals ranked by FNEGE and other relevant international ranking systems; •Participating in national and international conferences, colloquia and seminars; •Developing applied research projects related to management, finance, economics, governance and other relevant fields; •Providing academic follow-up and support to students; •Participating in thesis/dissertation defense panels and academic assessments; •Developing and maintaining collaborations with universities, research centers and international partners; •Contributing to CESAG's bilingual programmes and internationalization initiatives; •Facilitating academic and scientific exchanges with French-speaking and English-speaking institutions; •Participating in CESAG's academic, scientific and administrative committees; •Contributing to the development and improvement of curricula; •Participating in institutional promotion, visibility and development activities; •Complying with the institution's academic quality standards, ethical principles and governance requirements. 📄 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The application must include: •A cover letter addressed to the Director General of TALENTS PLUS CONSEILS, specifying the selected discipline and specialty or specialties, level of proficiency in the relevant languages, availability and salary expectations; •A detailed CV; •Copies of diplomas and certificates proving professional experience; •A valid nationality certificate or passport. 📧 Applications should be submitted by email to: recrutement@talentsplusafrique.com Email subject: BILINGUAL FRENCH-ENGLISH LECTURER-RESEARCHERS (M/F) – REF: TPC-0626 R06ECB
